Born into culinary diversity in the heart of Philadelphia, Chef Brian was immersed in the grandeur, simplicity, and art of homemade meals at a very young age. After completing his formal training at The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College with a concentration in fine dining, he began working at various high-end restaurants. Chef Brian also journeyed to France and various parts of Italy immersing himself in the culture and cuisine.
